All coaching is delivered by Lydia Walker, Principal of StageReady Academy — a Mountview-trained musical theatre performer and fully qualified teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). This unique combination of professional industry training and educational expertise ensures lessons are both inspiring and pedagogically sound, allowing young performers to progress safely and confidently.

Alongside general coaching, students have the opportunity to work towards LAMDA examinations in Acting and Musical Theatre. StageReady Academy has a strong track record of Distinction results, reflecting a structured, thorough approach to exam preparation that builds technical skill, confidence and performance maturity. These nationally recognised qualifications support college and university applications while encouraging discipline and self-belief.
